It’s World Rivers’ Day 2026 on 27th September and here’s our plan of action for the day which includes the world premiere of Up Sewage Creek’s very own film ‘We Are Severn’.

Please note that there will be road closures in force from 8.00 until 12.00 because a road race is being run. Welsh bridge will be closed to traffic and the only access to Frankwell car park will be via The Mount and Frankwell roundabout.

On Thursday evening, 19th November 2026, water engineer Larry Wolfe will be giving a talk on SuDS (sustainable drainage systems) and how they have the ability to transform how we manage surface water. Time and venue tbc.
